| What documents do I need when applying for American express cards? | |
If you are a citizen of Russian Federation you need to have a passport and the second document.

| Can I apply for American Express® Card, if I am 25 years old? | |
You can apply for a Card and the Bank will consider your application. American Express Cards are issued who turned 25

| Can I open a Card to my 19-year-old son? | |
If you have an American Express® Card, you can open a Supplementary Card in the name of your son. Moreover, you can open several Supplementary Cards to your relatives and friends. Each Supplementary Card offers its Holder all the services available to the Basic Cardholder. Please, note, that you have financial responsibility for all transactions performed by Supplementary Cardholders.

American Express® Card, American Express® Gold Card, British Airways American Express Premium Card are issued in RF rubles and US dollars. American Express® Credit Card, American Express® Gold Credit Card, Transaero American Express Classic Card, Transaero American Express Gold Card, Transaero American Express Platinum Card are issued in RF rubles only.

American Express® Card and American Express® Gold Card, American Express® Credit Card American Express® Gold Credit Card, Transaero American Express Classic Card and Transaero American Express Gold Card can be recieved at any Russian Standard bank branch offices, which you prefer.

| How can I learn about transactions done with a Card? | |
Statement reflecting all the transactions made with your Card is issued to you on a monthly basis and will be mailed to the address specified in your Card application. At present moment SMS Service informing of the last 5 transactions is also available to you. To receive additional information and to subscribe for SMS Service or Internet Banking, please, call 24-hour Customer Service by the number shown on the back side of your Card. Our specialist will be glad to help you and answer your questions.

| How can I pay my Statements? | |
You can pay your Statements in cash using RSB Cash-Ins, via RSB branches or by money transfer from the account opened in the same currency as your American Express Card account. You can find all payment data you may need on Contacts page.

American Express® Gold Card, American Express® Card are valid for 3 years. American Express® Credit Card, American Express® Gold Credit Card are valid for 2 years.
